These terms and conditions are necessary for the protection for both the parties “Nextaxe” and “Clients”. Nextaxe provides multiple services and is keen to explore its work span. So, its specific terms and conditions may not apply to those who have no connection, relation, or association to that specific service(s).

Nextaxe strive to bring customized and something new with complete customer satisfaction. It’s all aboutSoftware as a services to manage and promote businesses, content, and ideas. Here is a list of important legal terms that apply in order to use Nextaxe services.

• Nextaxe can make any changes or amendments in the terms and conditions as deemed necessary at any time, and you agree to abide by those terms immediately after posting.
• Client cannot force Nextaxe, intimidate, coerce, or bribe us to do marketing of any illegal, unethical, or immoral services that can cause to or go against any national law(s).
• Client agree to Nextaxe’s sole discretion as to the means, manner, and method for performing the Nextaxe’s services.
• Client agree that Nextaxe does not provide any legal advice or any recommendation concerning any laws or requirements applicable to client use or any of client’s end-users, or client compliance therewith.
• In any case, any provision of Nextaxe terms and conditions become invalid or unenforceable, then such invalidity or enforceability will not affect any other provision of Nextaxe terms and conditions.
• Client agree to fully comply with all applicable laws including those specific laws applicable to either client or end-users in any of client territorial location(s).
• Nextaxe do not offer any dispute resolution system, in any case, Nextaxe will mutually sort out the issues and disputes or Nextaxe can take our case to the court of law and will abide by the court’s decision.
• Client undertake not to act in a manner that might be observed or perceived as damaging, degrading, or discrediting to Nextaxe’s reputation and goodwill.
• Client agree that you will not violate, attempt to violate, or otherwise fail to comply with any of the Nextaxe terms or any laws or requirements applicable to have any of Nextaxe services or products or both.
• After accepting Nextaxe terms and conditions, Client will be bound to follow all the terms and conditions. All the undertakings or any contract between Nextaxe and Client will be going according to these terms and conditions.
• Nextaxe reserve the right to change fees at any time, upon notice.
• All payments are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all applicable taxes relating to your use of or trading throughNextaxe.
• The monthly payment for Nextaxe service is not refundable in any case until Nextaxe, in our sole discretion, discontinue, suspend, renege, or terminate the service contract.
• Client agree that in special circumstances, events, or situations (company closure, attack on Country, or severe national disasters which lead to company closure), Nextaxe shall not be responsible, obliged, liable, or bound to refund you any money.

Refund Policy

Nextaxe hope you enjoy our services because Nextaxe strive to give our best. However, if you have any valid reason that can justify against our service standards you may request a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

The validity of Refund Claim

Requests for a refund must be issued within 5 business days of the system deployment date. A time period of 14 business days shall be issued after the refund claim is made, in which Nextaxe shall make efforts to resolve any issue(s).

A request for refund will the considered if it applies to the following clauses:

• The claim itself must be fair, logical, and should be issued to us as early as possible.
• If, in any case, Nextaxe are unable to deliver our commitments as per our plan/given timeframe, then the refund request may be considered valid
• For predefined packages involving payment for more than 3 months, a 40% cost will be charged in terms of service cost

Refund Process

Upon confirmation of the claim, the refund process shall be completed within 30 business days. The monetary amount shall be deposited in the same bank account from which the amount had been remitted at the time of purchase/deployment.

Additional services

Please note that any additional services such as Technical Support, Social Media Marketing, Designing services and any hardware; such equipment will have been delivered/shipped as per request and specifications made entirely by the customer.
